In 2010 after finishing my baseball and football career, I decided to expand my education in the fitness industry. For the past 10+ years I have dedicated myself to helping others achieve their fitness goals and improving their lifestyles! As a NASM and NSPA Certified Personal Trainer, I believe practical, efficient and safe exercises are most important.
In 2015, I got involved in conquering a new beast: Parkinson’s Disease. Becoming a Rock Steady Boxing Coach has given me a totally new perspective on fitness and everyday life. Helping people “Fight Back” against a debilitating and depressing disease has inspired me to continue helping others everyday!
