In 2010 after finishing my Baseball and Football career I decided to expand my education in the fitness industry. For the past 8+ years I have dedicated myself to helping others achieve their fitness goals and improve their lifestyles! As a NASM and NSPA Certified Personal Trainer, I believe the most practical, efficient and safest exercise selections are most important to be considered based off of the client’s goals, mobility and physical well being.
I got involved in conquering a new beast in 2015… Parkinson’s Disease. Becoming a Rock Steady Boxing Coach has given me a totally new perspective on fitness and everyday life. Helping people “Fight Back” against a debilitating and depressing disease has inspired me to continue helping others keep moving forward in their fitness journey everyday!
