Erin began Personal Training full-time in 2008 after moving from western Pennsylvania. (Yep, Steelers’Country.) She has trained all demographics from high school athletes to amatuer MMA fighters to the 80-something athletes at heart.
Her true love for training is showing each person where their true strength is, whether coming back from a surgery, losing 70 lbs or just moving better without pain. She believes that strength training is absolutely for everyone and a reflection of our state-of-mind.
The loves of her life are her husband, her family, her two dogs, craft beer and kettlebells.

Her love of dance began when she took her first ballet class at the age of 4, followed by 14 years of tap and jazz which naturally led her to Zumba. Debbie is licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold and Zumba Gold Toning.
