   Group Exercise Class Description!

 

Our mission is to provide the most energetic, safe and functional health and wellness experience to help guide you along your fitness journey!

 

Bootcamp: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that hits the entire body, HARD! Bootcamp is designed for those looking to push themselves through difficult body weight movements at a high, fast paced intensity level!                                                                     Fitness level: Intermediate to advanced. Class type: Cardio, body weight strength and endurance training.

 

Power 60:   60 minutes of strength, cardio and core, designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.  A variety of fitness equipment will be used to burn fat, build muscle and challenge you to keep coming back for more!                                                                Fitness level: Intermediate to advanced. Class type: Cardio, core and full body strength training.

 

Power Yoga: Come experience a great yoga flow that will get the muscles working and heart pumping! Power Yoga is not your typical “feel good” yoga class. You will be left energized and feeling strong!                                                                                                             Fitness level: Beginner to intermediate. Class type: Yoga.

Gentle Floe Vinyasa Yoga: Links the breath to movement.  The class will focus on Pranayama (breath work), Vinyasa flow, balance and strengthening.                                                                                                                                                                                                                Fitness level: Mixed levels

Restorative Yoga: A series of 5-8 held asanas (postures) that return to the parasympathetic state allowing the body to rest and digest and enter a deep state of relaxation. Bring 2 firm bed pillows, 2 throw blankets and 2 towels.                                                                            Fitness level: All levels

 

Pump It!: From Barbells to resistance bands, Pump It is sure to leave you PUMPED UP for your day! Full body, functional strength training is imperative for people of all ages and body styles.                                                                                                                         Fitness level: All fitness levels. Class type: Full body strength training.

 

Moving with Balance: Want to improve your flexibility? Worried about your balance? Here is a way to work on both, while utilizing low impact exercises for a gentle cardio workout. Mini social and coffee after!                                                                                         Fitness level: All fitness levels. Class type: Balance, functional body awareness, light cardio.

 

TKO: Come get rocked for an hour in TKO using boxing, plyometrics, medicine ball work, footwork an MUCH more for a full body cardio boxing class!                                                                                                                                                                                                   Fitness level: Intermediate to advanced. Class type: Full body boxing cardio. 

 Strength: 45 minutes of muscle building work using a variety of equipment and body weight to develop full body strength and stability. Push and pull your way  to build muscle!                                                                                                                                             Fitness level: Intermediate to advanced. Class type: Full body strength training.

 

Core Blast!: Train your core from all angles. Using a variety of tools, you are sure to BLAST that core!                                                    Fitness level: All fitness levels. Class type: Core stability and strength training.

 

Cardio Combo: Use a variety of tools to challenge your balance, endurance and strength! Step, Bosu, Cardio and Strength components will be used to make you a better YOU!                                                                                                                                      Fitness level: All fitness levels. Class type: Cardio and strength training.

 

HIIT: High energy class that is perfect for all fitness levels.  Timed cardio and strength drills designed to burn fat and build muscle.  Low impact options are available and students choose their own dumbell weight.  Always something different and always fun.           Fitness level: All fitness levels.  Class type: Cardio and strength

 

Circuit Class: Students will get to try a variety of fitness equipment in the form of stations set up around the room.  Class will be strength based with some cardio thrown in.  We will work every muscle group, including core!                                                             Fitness level: All fitness levels.  Class type: Strength  

 

Pound:  Cardio jam session inspired by the energizing and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums.  Using lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix, you become the music.  This class creates the perfect atmosphere to let loose, get energize, and improve your health, all while rocking out.                                                                                                                                                                                                    Fitness level: All fitness levels.  Class type: Cardio and fun

 

 

MixxedFit: A people inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning.  No experience needed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Fitness level: All fitness levels.  Class type: Cardio and fun

 

Non Contact Kicking: Combines martial arts techniques and fast paced cardio.  Helps build stamina, improves coordination and flexibility, burns calories as you build lean muscle.  Fun challenging workout.                                                                                           Fitness level: All fitness levels.  Class type: Cardio

 

Moving with Balance: Want to  improve your flexibility?  Worried about your balance?
